The initial-release direction uses a local authoritative workspace for structured exception records.
Evidence protection
The approved implementation boundary includes encrypted evidence and encrypted backup/restore when present in the installed build.
Exports
Any report or evidence export is user-selected. Recipients and external storage locations govern exported copies.
Synchronization
The initial release does not represent a shared hosted workspace or cross-device synchronization as available.
Audit limitation
A local tamper-evident audit trail is not hosted WORM custody and does not replace organizational legal-hold controls.

Only use content and data you are authorized to process. The website does not assert that an input, storage or sharing workflow exists unless it is described above.

Export and Sharing
Use only export or sharing controls present in the installed build. Exported copies are governed by the user-selected destination and recipient.
User Choices and Deletion
Users may decline a system permission, review granted access in Apple device Settings, and use deletion or reset controls actually present in the installed build. Removing an app is subject to Apple platform behavior and does not recall exported copies.
Companion-device Transfer
No companion transfer is claimed beyond any product-specific behavior stated above.
Limitations
Exceptrum supports governance workflows; organizations remain responsible for their policies, approvals, custody, and regulatory decisions.
