This page describes a technical foundation rather than a public release. It does not assert a production account, network, HealthKit, telemetry, or purchase flow.
Movement direction
Movement is the intended interaction model. Actual sensor access and handling will be disclosed from a certified build before App Review readiness.

Only use content and data you are authorized to process. The website does not assert that an input, storage or sharing workflow exists unless it is described above.
On-device and Local Processing
Local-first statements on this page apply only to the established product direction described above. They are not a blanket claim that every future feature operates without network access.

No unverified network, cloud synchronization or hosted-account behavior is represented as available. Any future certified network behavior will require accurate product disclosure before App Review readiness.
Permissions and Purpose
No motion, HealthKit, or other sensor permission is claimed as active without current release-source proof. HealthKit is not represented as part of the current foundation.

No account requirement is claimed unless explicitly established above. This policy does not infer future account behavior.
Analytics, Telemetry and Tracking
This development-stage page makes no broad claim about analytics, telemetry or tracking without a certified release target. No tracker has been added to this website.
Purchases
No public purchase availability is claimed. Apple processes StoreKit transactions when a certified build offers them; UnliPop Studio does not receive full payment-card information through the app.
Local Persistence and Retention
No fixed retention period is claimed without certified implementation evidence. Users control information they deliberately export or share outside the app.
Export and Sharing
Use only export or sharing controls present in the installed build. Exported copies are governed by the user-selected destination and recipient.
User Choices and Deletion
Users may decline a system permission, review granted access in Apple device Settings, and use deletion or reset controls actually present in the installed build. Removing an app is subject to Apple platform behavior and does not recall exported copies.
Companion-device Transfer
No companion transfer is claimed beyond any product-specific behavior stated above.
Limitations
PopMotion is an active-play product direction, not a medical, clinical, or fitness-compliance service.
