For a gameplay or display issue, include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, operating system, world name and what happened immediately before the issue. A screenshot or short recording can help; remove personal information before sharing it.
If the game shows an issue after resizing, rotating or returning from the background, describe the transition and whether the run was jumping, gliding, crouching, paused or restarting. This helps us reproduce the behavior.
Control instructions, accessibility alternatives and restart behavior will be documented for the accepted release version.
Progress and settings are intended to remain local. Backup and reinstall recovery depend on the final storage design and your device settings; recovery is not guaranteed.
