Halocrest Support

Getting Started

Open Halocrest on iPhone or iPad for the primary console. Start Room Sweep for a bounded view of nearby Bluetooth activity, or use Network Nudge for current Apple network-path context. Treat every result as context, not a threat verdict.

Supported Devices

Build 13 covers iPhone and iPad plus a paired Apple Watch companion. Apple silicon Mac and Apple Vision Pro availability are separate compatibility decisions, not native Halocrest platforms. Exact minimum operating-system requirements are not asserted here.

Room Sweep

A scan begins only when you start it, runs as a bounded one-shot Bluetooth observation and then stops. Certified source does not enable background Bluetooth scanning. Nearby broadcasters are observations, not evidence that a device is malicious.

Network Nudge

Network Nudge interprets connection characteristics reported through Apple's network-path interface. It does not inspect network packets, DNS history or browsing activity.

Familiarity and Trusted Context

The source path certified for this disclosure does not obtain, transform, persist or transmit an SSID-derived identifier or populate trusted-network records. The website therefore does not promise SSID-based familiarity.

Apple Watch

The paired Watch receives a compact derived status. It does not receive raw Bluetooth identifiers, names, manufacturer data, services or SSID values. Watch haptics honor the stored setting and status-pattern changes in source; hardware behavior remains subject to device testing.

Permissions

Room Sweep uses Apple Bluetooth APIs during a user-initiated scan. If Apple presents a system access prompt, follow that prompt and review app access in device Settings. Runtime prompt presentation and exact purpose-string rendering are not certified by this source-only review.

Halocrest Lifetime

Halocrest Lifetime is implemented as a one-time, non-consumable StoreKit 2 purchase. No subscription. Apple supplies localized product and storefront information. This page does not state an unapproved price or enumerate an unverified free/paid feature boundary.

Purchase and Restore Purchases

The source implements product loading, purchase, entitlement refresh, transaction updates and Restore Purchases. Restore Purchases asks StoreKit to re-evaluate Apple transaction information; no result is guaranteed. User-cancelled, pending, reinstall, second-device, offline, refund or revocation, Family Sharing and recovery paths remain unverified and are not promised.

Accessibility

Certified source includes VoiceOver labels and hints on customer views, semantic Dynamic Type text, semantic primary and secondary styling, a Reduce Motion response, and a Watch haptics preference. Contrast, largest text sizes, keyboard focus and physical-device behavior still require runtime verification.

Troubleshooting

• Room Sweep does not begin: review Bluetooth access if Apple presented a prompt, then start a new scan.
• Watch status is unavailable: confirm the Watch is paired and the companion is installed, then reopen the iPhone app.
• A purchase remains pending or was cancelled: follow Apple's storefront message. Halocrest does not promise a recovery outcome.
• Restore does not unlock: confirm the Apple account and transaction with Apple Support, then email UnliPop support with the app version—never payment-card details.

Known Limitations

Halocrest provides situational awareness and environmental interpretation. It does not determine with certainty that a nearby device, signal, or network is malicious.

Halocrest does not provide hidden-camera or spy-device detection, attacker identity, exact distance or direction, packet analysis, VPN, firewall or antivirus protection, guaranteed safety or exhaustive discovery.

Halocrest 1.0 (13) is available on the App Store. Release does not elevate source findings to archive or physical-device runtime certification.
